I had very obnoxious back to back customer service experiences with JIO Mart that completely surprised me. I ordered groceries from JIO Mart on **/**/**** order no *****************M and paid ₹**** through Card.
On **/**/**** order showing delivered but its not delivered nor I received any call of delivery boy. Since **/**/**** I have been sending mails and calling their consumer care on daily basis but no action is taken from their side. I only received assurance that money will be refunded.
But till now have not received a single call from Jio-Mart team to update me regarding my refund. when I finally got to speak with escalation team after waiting for nearly half an hour to ** mins, she too started saying same, ‘will get back to you within ** days’. And to my surprise I found that my refund process had still not been initiated. it had been nearly ** days since I asked them to cancel my order and initiate refund and those guys say this kind of lies.
I have around ** to ** complaints Registered with them but still didn’t get proper response from the team. it is a shame how one bad incident can potentially spoil an entire experience and create a negative perception of business. All because someone isn’t willing to take an extra moment or step to take care of a customer. I think JIO mart would sheds its laziness and apathy and heed to my request and refund my money as soon as possible. Sometime I feel it’s a scam of jiomart by taking prepaid order and don’t delivered them. I can’t even think that a big brand like reliance giving this services. on **-**-** i had talk with senior executive he assure me i will get the refund on **-**-** and also given me the floor manager number ********** from where the product is delivered. I had talk with once and after that he is also not receiving any call. I think so in this company all are fraud no one have any shame and responsibility. **-**-** to till now more then *** assurance is given to me but all are fail. all are lier and fraud. No one can ever though a brand of Reliance is doing all this. I will never ever place are refer to any one to place order on jiomart.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
