We placed an order **st October, **** of a * in * stand and prepaid for it. The order was marked delivered on *th November, **** but we never received the order, any delivery message, call or otp from their end. We have been continuously contacting the customer care but they are not helping or responding to our complain. They wouldn't file our complain as it's above * days but we were not aware of the delivery date and were waiting for it. They are neither ready to refund or provide the product for it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
