I'm from TamilNadu. I ordered two items from jiomart app on ** October **** (Prepaid through my debit card). In which only one item got delivered. Another item not yet delivered yet. The status of that item is still as "in process" in the app. I contacted customer service many times. Everytime, they told that they will prioritize this issue and will do the needful asap. But no updates yet. I dont know, who's mistake is this, whether the app's mistake or delivery partner's mistake. Please help me resolve this. Ready to go in any way. I need to find the scam behind this.
