I order on swiggy at *.** pm order no ***********. At **.** I got a call from *********** saying delivery guy met with an accident and they need another ** mins. I tried to reach them after that. I got the call from the same no at **.** saying fresh order need to prepare as an executive has ruined the food and will take ** min. I asked him to cancel the order. Since it was already ** I did not follow after that over the phone but have raised the issue twice on chat first for the delay and then for not delivering the food. I reopened the issue. Now they are saying it was delivered and since it is more than **hrs old issue they can not do anything.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
