I am a paid Amazon Prime member (₹***/year). I placed a prepaid order on **th December for a battery-operated kids car as a gift for my *.*-year-old child, trusting Amazon’s Prime fast / one-day delivery promise.
The promised delivery date was **th December, later marked as “damaged” and a replacement was created. Since then, Amazon has given daily assurances like “delivery today / tomorrow” but no actual delivery attempt happened, except one fake call marked as customer unavailable.
Despite repeated failures, the same product is still listed on Amazon with One-Day Delivery, which is misleading. Both the seller and delivery location are in Chennai, yet Amazon failed to deliver for many days.
Because I trusted Amazon Prime, I missed other offers elsewhere, causing financial loss and emotional distress to my child, who was waiting every day.
When I asked for cancellation, Amazon said the order cannot be cancelled now and asked me to wait until a later date for refund, which is unfair since the delay is entirely Amazon’s fault.
This is not the first time—I previously faced the same delivery issue with Vesco brand cycle for my child.
Relief sought:
*. Immediate cancellation and full refund
*. Action against misleading one-day delivery listings
*. Escalation to senior leadership for accountability
I request Voxya to intervene, as Amazon has failed to provide timely delivery or proper resolution.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
