I am unable to mark ad as premium ad even after credit pack from Quikr. I had purchased credit pack on **th November, I have attached proof of * pack purchase. I tried contacting their customer care team and since * weeks they are asking me to wait. I had asked for the refund for which they said there is no policy for refund. So neither I am getting service nor I am getting my money back. Also their customer care team and the account manager are very arrogant.

I had been promised by the sales team that there won't be any convenience fees as well. However the same has been denies by account manager Pushpalatha.
I am looking for refund as soon as possible. As the only purpose for buying premium pack was to sell my stuff as early as possible, but now I have not been provided services only.
I feel cheated by Quikr. Please take necessary action against quikr.
