PNB Housing Finance - Pre Payment Charges For Home Loan

I had taken a floating rate home loan from pnb housing finance company in ****. The loan was on a joint name of myself, my wife, my firm and the partner in the firm. I've with me signed terms and conditions of loan which clearly says no pre payment penalty on part or full prepayment of loan in case of floating rate loan.
Now in July **** when I approached pnb housing for loan closure then they levied pre closure charges of inr ****** saying that as of now their policy to apply pre payment charges if the any of the borrower is non- individual.
Enclosed are documents (pg * to *) along with sanction letter that I signed at the time wherein the pg* clearly states no pre payment penalty and also the foreclosure letter that I received from them which has inr ******/- as penalty charges.
I've written to pnb official several times and called them as well but no revert.
