I have opted for pro membership from cult fit which is supposed to be start on **nd Oct ****.
But l, i realised within ** hours that i can go to pro gym only which is very much far away from my home.
Then i asked them to refund the money but they said they do not have refund policy which is not written anywhere.
Please help me anyone on how to put this om consumer court.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
