RABIK filed complaint against You Broadband on Feb 17, 2018
my account no. ******* with the youbroadband internet service provider
youbroadband have not added my power supply benefits as promised by them from past * months.
Iam supplying power from my home for the external box (they fitted)to work and in return they need to extend my data validity period by *days per month.
(note external box is not the router)
i called customer care nearly ** times and spoken with supervisor for about * times and with technician also from about *-* months.
Till now ,there is no proceedings from them
I didnt received atleast a single callback from their side from past * mopnths.
my data expires in next * days
i need my power supply benefits (*days** months=**days) urgently
please help me in this case.
I also have the recorded conversation between cust.care and me
