Dear Sir,
I am using Airtel Post Paid SIM. My No is +************
Recently i lost my SIM card and the Airtel showroom in my Place (Attur) is not handling Post paid SIM's and suggests to
go to salem Branch which is ** Km's away from my place.
I am not feeling well and not in a position to Travel and particularly during this COVID** situation
I reached out to salem office and they keep insisting to come to salem office only
I said i am ready to provide the details whatever they require , come online (in any means iver internet) for taking picture but they are not listening and keep insisting to come to salem office only
currently my Mobile no is not active and no one is able to reach me which affects my work badly.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
