Anne Leelakrishna filed complaint against Vodafone And Idea on Nov 12, 2020
Around * years back I have requested to change my and fathers plan from post-paid to pre-paid and they charged some advanced bill ammount and promised before that time our numbers are can to pre-paid.
But, they taken too long to change plan so, I went to Vodafone store and asked them they said some of their officials are not available so they change number shortly and assured that they are not going to charge for delay
Later my plan changed but in the end of month I have received the bill amount so i went to Vodafone store and said the things and they said they will take care of the things and suggested me to send a mail to their corporate office too
So I have shared all my problem to them and they replied we will working on it
After * years they are sending your outstanding amount need to be cleared other wise we take legal actions against you

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
