Vodafone Idea Limited - Postpaid bill charged after deactivation
Soyeb filed complaint against Vodafone Idea Limited on May 28, 2019
I deactivated my postpaid number after visiting Vodafone store personally. But after the bill received I came to know that they have not deactivated the number. I mailed them regarding the incident but they are replying that I have to pay the charges. But after deactivation of number with paying dues why should I pay as the deficiency in service is from Vodafone side. I cannot pay my hard earned money like this.
