Harsh Tiwary filed complaint against Reliance Digital on May 23, 2019
I bought a water purifier (Aquaguard Crystal Plus) from Reliance Digital Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad on **th March ****. Along with it I also purchased * years extended warranty and service pack called Resq from reliance.
I was facing issues with my purifier so I called Resq helpline on **th May **** and I was told I will get service within **-** hours. That never happened. I called them on **th again and was asked to wait for * more day. Waited. Called again on **th and was told they'll expedite and get servicemen on that day itself. All in vain. I contacted their first level incident manager and their CEO bmbade@ril.com too. No responses from them too. I called them again on **nd and was told again by Komal customer service executive that for sure one will be sent today. Nothing till now. It's a direct case of cheating and fraud as they already took money for the service but never responded to serve the request.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
