Hi Team,
I have paid my postpaid bill *** on ** Aug,**** but still it is not reflecting in my account. I called customer support but I didn't get proper answer. I raised three times request and without providing resolution they closed request. This is ridiculous.

Below are the request raised by me.

My issue is not yet resolved and again last request Reference number **-************* got closed. Which was created on **/**/****
Now they opened again new request

Please find attached screenshot where you can find the payment was done on ** Aug through Airtel Payment Bank.
This is the worst case I have seen still date. No one is bother to help me on my case. One of analyst said they will schedule a call on **th Aug but still now I didn't get a call back. I need to resolved this case on Immediate priority. Now I can't wait for more time. Already its been * days I paid bill still it is not reflecting. I need to resolve this issue with *-* hours.
