I have ported my ** years old idea no. to airtel recently & after the number got activated, i did the first ever recharge to test if the everything was fine. Money got deducted & I received a text saying a recharge has been initiated along with a ref number. However, no money has been credited to my number yet. I tried calling customer support & nodal officer after that but nobody is available to take any calls and hear or lodge my complaint. After that, i tried taking help from @airtel_india twitter account, initially i got a couple of reply but they stopped replying soon after.
I have been using airtel broadband & mobile services for more than ** years and have never seen such a pathetic response from customer care department. I am now worried about using any kind of airtel service from now onwards.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
