Porter in - Porter did damage my printer while doing room shifting

I hired Porter to shift my room goods to new location while I was doing my room shifting in North Kolkata.

After * days of the shifting when I opened my printer with their single very thin plastic gum tape binding(while I have booked and paid for their single layer packaging), I saw my printer is flooded with it's inks and that day, my laptop came from the service center (which I was trying to attach with my printer) and the hardware executive asked me not to plug it in the electricity as it might just burned as it was totally flooded by the it's inks as well as it was wet.

Then, I contacted porter but they simply refused to make any compensation for the same.
