Had placed a pickup of food items from The Only Place, Museum Road, Bangalore vide CRN Number ********** at *:** PM **th. Aug., ****. The order was picked up and not delivered. Repeated calls to the delivery person didn’t answer and Porter customer care didn’t help even after making * calls to them. They didn’t own up any responsibility for the non delivery. I have demanded them refund for the order placed at the restaurant and also for the second order we had to place through Swiggy later on.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
