I have sent parcel from Bangalore to Mumbai using porter app on *th of july. The parcel order ID is CR********. On tracking the parcel has reached Mumbai but it's not being delivered. Registered a complaint with them with token number PTL-******. They have been promising to solve within ** hours everytime I call them. It's been more than *days now and nothing is being done about it. I even requested to give hub address so that I can pick up the parcel myself. They are not doing that either
