I went with Furlenco to rent furniture while moving. I've faced an issue thrice and there's no one who actually responds to complaints on time unless you badger them with calls or emails. I faced multiple issues with deliveries initially.
The channel sales team promises that you can schedule your order no matter when you move even though their app only allows to schedule orders a week in advance.
When confirmed from their team, they say you can keep on rescheduling it when more dates become available. Even going ahead and confirming that it shouldn't be delivered before daytime as no one would be present at the delivery location.
When I tried doing that, the app didn't let me. Then, I get a call the next day that my order is scheduled for delivery * days before I needed it when I didn't have a home to put those items in.
Then they constantly kept on calling at *.** am disrupting my whole day stating that, I didn't reschedule it timely even though I raised a concern over email.
When they did reschedule it internally, they called me on the day of delivery to state that the order would be delivered by *am when I persistently requested them a daytime slot which was agreed upon. When the delivery agent connected with me, he stated that if I had an issue, just go ahead and cancel the whole order, not my problem. Which would have left me with no setup for my house. No place to rest or settle in the house. I had to be on back to back calls with my building owner, painting and setup crew to ask them to fasttrack the refurbishing on the house just to accommodate Furlenco's poor support.
(This should come under false advertisement, promises and borderline harassment)
Once they reached, they had to cancel an order of a sofa because they couldn't set it up due to lack of a service lift which they already knew didn't exist at the property before accepting the order.
After that, once the TV was setup, I couldn't download * of the * streaming applications (the main purpose of the TV) because it was outdated. Anything being played on it was super-pixelated. Not the quality that was promoted.
When I tried returning the TV, because at this point I was tired to go back and forth with them, they mentioned that they won't process a refund as it was a prepaid order even though the product doesn't serve the purpose.
Their internal team is highly diaconnected and not a single support agent agrees on what the previous support agent mentions.
