I have following concerns:
*) No Customization of itenary caused me to miss few attraction hence ticket prices is loss. A) SEA aquarium B) Jurong bird park
*) Long waiting for Cab at various places spolied my experience: I had booked premium category hotel, cruise for better experiences. Based on Yatra advisor's recommendation, i booked pick-up/drop facility as SIC basis where i was told i will miss if i am delayed for more than * minutes. But almost at all places, i got Cab after **-** minutes delayed. I have dropped mail many time for yatra intervention during trip but no response has been provided.
Overall experience of trip booked through Yatra has been very bad as there was delay in providing voucher, no person available at airport for briefing, pick up at airport, cruise arrival and for many attraction was delayed.
Kindly advises next course of action for refund of losses and compensation of horrific experience.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
