I would like to file a complaint against the ola cabs system. Am very upset and frustrated about the ola system in this country. All cabs drivers keep cancelling the cabs for no reason. This is not the first time. This issue has been happening for quite sometime and it's really
Causing a lot of stress when your heading out for an important job. If the drivers are not paid handful then whats the need for this system. It doesn't meet any customer needs and it causes only trouble for them. It's High time they take action against this company and bring a solution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
