Swiggy - Poor service

Hai my order was from frozen bottle coimbatore and I was not available at the location which I gave in the swiggy app. I was at my friends home which is just a min away from the given location. After some time the delivery executive phoned me and said he had arrived at the location and I asked him to come to my friends home which is just a min away. To my shock he asked me why should I come and I said am just a min away please come and when he came his behaviour was intolerable and frustrating. I said I came here for an emergency. He said his job was to deliver only at the location given. I understand the protocols but his behaviour was totally bad and to the extreme he even took the order back and did not deliver it. When he rode back on his bike he even used some vernacular language at me. I am a regular customer of swiggy and I have to raise a serious complaint on that person. His name is KANNAN. I was denied the basic rights as a customer by this idiotic person. I ask swiggy to take necessary action against him.
