Jeeves - Poor service of Jeeves Flipkart

I purchased bluepunkt led from Flipkart which is on extended warranty with Jeeves....before ** days led was showing some patches and after that got off....Technician visit has been done before ** days ago..he also came after follow up every day..as per him panel will be replace....after * days of his visit I called your customer care so mr rahul Singh told me that panel is not available you will get the refund share the details which is attached by us....and after that Everyday I am getting a msg that technician will come...when we called to the assigned technician he sail I already visited and informed to company that panel will replace so ask the status of that....I did the same many times I called them ...they are saying wait for some time ....wait for some time....it's been more than ** days they are not giving replacement nor refund ........I will suggest to everyone don't purchase from Flipkart
