I asked timbl customer to install router in my home I was old customer so I have my old I'd. First sales team asked me that this is will not work and need new I'd so he made my new I'd but then after * days I got call that now service temporary unavailable and I was regularly following up for Refund till ** days from Jun **to July . In August I asked again about service availablity they said now ots available, Mr sanchit call me from technical team and said please make payment I'm id for plan and router will install in * day's ..this was on *th August made payment but still it's wasn't done... Whenever I call customer service they said there is no updates from team it will be done today or tomorrow. This was same line all customers care executive says.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
