Kia india - Poor quality service KIA car

I had purchased my prestigious dream Car KIA Seltos HTK Plus on **/**/**** with VIN: MZBEP***LLN****** and Engine Number: D*FALM****** through your dealer M/s Incheon Motors private Limited, Thrissur.
On **/**/**** while I was driving, the Vehicle showed unusual sound from the engine room. Immediately I approached Palakkad KIA service centre. They told me that it was the problem the engine and since warranty period was over, I should pay around *.* Lakhs for the service.
At the time of inspection once the engine had issues, we noticed the oil filter was completely dry with black tar and pieces of metals. As per my friend’s opinion who is a learnt mechanic, told me that it was due to either oil drain or oil dry. I regularly serviced my vehicle at your authorised service centre promptly and on time. The present odometer records are only *,**,***kms which as a renowned brand like KIA, should be having durability for not less than *-* lakhs KMs before it shows and issues in engine. At present the vehicle is parked at Palakkad KIA service centre.
All these matters mailed to kiacare@kiaindia.net on **/**/**** and they registered the complaint vide SR ******** on **th April. Till this time they respond to the same.
