Wrogn - Poor Quality product damaged in one use

Ordered * belts and used jus once, Quality was so poor that the buckle got broken in jus one use, in fear did not even use second one, immediate sent mail with proofs and invoices to customer care, they demanded mire pictures and sent again, but after that they did not even reply and stopped the communication.. Sent various reminders but no response.. This is how they treat customer and what about my hard earned money.. They are using virat kohli in advertisement and selling cheap quality stuff.. They need to assure customer satisfaction.. And replace and compensate with quality products.. It's jus a Harrasment
