I ordered pav bhaji and pani puri from a restaurant called Chaat Street on Swiggy . When i received the order the packing material was already torn because of leakage from one of the containers (pani puri water). Also the Pav bread was of very bad quality and the bhaji was not at all edible . When i complained to SWIGGY, they mentioned that they cannot provide refund despite me providing all the evidence
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
