i raised this complain previously also about my Samsung note ** plus
after * months it was completely Dead and not working
and it was getting extreme hot as it is going to explode
i asked for replacement , but some one on your behalf , SUMIT BISHT , deny saying that it cannot as it is * months old and they offered motherboard and battery replacement . and * year premium warranty extra so it was for ** months
i was never happy as after spending * lakh rupees a fortune for me it only last for * months and need to repaired
SO, that was past yesterday again it happen and froze like anything on boot and getting hot like hell
i thought it will explode so i hard reset it and it booted up
today at **:** PM same thing happen
after this incident i reformat it
but again it happen and stuck to same for ** minutes
and some how it booted
now i can take this to service center but again they will just replace motherboard
is this the quality of Samsung these phone cannot last a year
is this the quality a person can expected from Samsung who used Samsung for * generation and i am afraid to use it further i doubt it might explode
