Purchase microwave from one of the dealer and next day when technician arrived to install and found issues which he could not fix and informed that was the base model and nothing can be fixed . Contacted service centre and registered complaint few times and was informed that senior technician will come and fix. Waited for * days and today only the service centre informed after contacting the technician about the performance and problems raised could not be fixed and unable to arrange return and to write to LG to sort out. Spoke to Mr. Ashish in Ramgarh service centre.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
