Worst experience with AirIndia from Delhi to Jabalpur flight first they delayed then two times diverted and finally cancelled. Then on asking questions, they behaved like illiterate. Staff named Harihar Nayak was worst at his level with zero decision-making ability. Due to this, I missed my friend's marriage. After so many hours of discussion, they agreed to provide me with a ticket for Hyderabad. When I did the security check and cancelled all the onwards journey as I missed marriage then after a few hours got a call from the above-mentioned person and he asked me to buy a ticket and cancel the existing one. I purchased a new ticket then travelled.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
