I am already a very old customer of Hathway broadband provider and since * and half month my internet connection speed goes below ** mbps - and frequent disconnections though it should be **mbps minimum on **Mbps plan I have.
Even after calling helpdesk many times almost every alternate day and sending multiple emails to billing and nodal office nothing has done so far.
