Frequent internet disconnections on a regular basis. Unable to work from home. Forced to use personal mobile data there by incurring additional data charges. Very inconvenient. There's no way to talk to a human personnel from Tikona for our ongoing complains. Their helpdesk provides only pre-recorded messages. Their installation and area managers do not entertain complaints once their job is over.
