Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited - Poor customer service

I have purchased cloud Walker ** inch Tv from Flipkart along with extended warranty for * years which is covered by Jeeves company. Initially, I have a speaker issue and raised a complaint on it. During the service for the complaint, the F* technician from Jeeves company has mishandled the TV and created a breakage on the TV screen for which I have raised another complaint through Flipkart and Jeeves. The issue happened on March **, ****, and after a number of calls and emails to both Flipkart and Jeeves company, I cannot find any positive response from their end. The Jeeves company Vizag branch manager Mr Ganesh Kumar is trying to save his technician by delaying the process intentionally and even the Flipkart is supporting the Jeeves Team. it's been * weeks, for now, I can only hear or see automated replies from both companies but not a solution for my issue. Since these * weeks, I have repeatedly been calling them to give me a solution for this and I don't have a TV to watch since * weeks but these people are least bothered about the customer and simply playing and wasting my time with useless calls and useless explanations. As I lost hope from Jeeves company after realising the fact that the branch manager Mr Ganesh Kumar is playing smart to crush this issue by giving false feedback and false assurance. Upon calling Flipkart one last time for ***% solution to my problem they as usual prolonged this for another * days and finally on the *th day they called to ask the issue from the beginning. I have given enough explanation to everybody at least some ** times for now and again asking me the same question. The local branch manager has wasted my good * hour business time by calling me to his office for an explanation and didn't give any assurance or solution to it. I have saved every call recording and evidence of how Flipkart and Jeeves Company played with me till now without giving me a solution for my issue. I demand a strict solution for this immediately or else I am not gonna leave it here for sure.
