I am writing to express my profound frustration with the level of service I have received from Airtel over the past week. My experience has been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to escalate this matter to higher authorities due to the consistent lack of resolution and poor handling of my issues.
For the past week, I have faced numerous inconveniences with Airtel’s customer service. Despite multiple calls and complaints, I have not received any meaningful responses or solutions. Each time I reach out, I am met with unfulfilled promises and a troubling lack of accountability. This persistent issue has caused significant disruption and inconvenience, and the unprofessional handling of my concerns is unacceptable.
Additionally, I am now dealing with a new issue related to a recently added DTH connection. The installation was not completed on time, the representative assigned to my case, Akash (**********) has been unresponsive and has provided false commitments. My attempts to reach him for follow-ups have been futile, adding to my growing frustration.
Furthermore, I am still awaiting the pdf bill for a payment of ₹**** made for the new connection. The representative handling the installation failed to provide any confirmation on the pdf bill and I am now left in a position where I need to chase down this issue without any clear resolution in sight.
My experience with Airtel since July **th has been deeply disappointing. Due to the poor customer service, unresponsive representatives, and unresolved financial discrepancies, I am considering disconnecting the new connection and will actively advise friends and family to avoid Airtel services in the future.
I urge you to escalate this matter immediately to a higher authority and provide a resolution as soon as possible. I expect a prompt response addressing the following:
*. Resolution to the ongoing customer service issues and provision of a satisfactory solution.
*. Immediate follow-up and rectification regarding the payment of ₹****.
*. Action taken against the representative Akash for his unprofessional conduct and failure to fulfill commitments.
*. Compensation for all the inconvenience else i will take this legally with my lawyer for the trouble given to me.
I look forward to your swift action and a prompt resolution to these issues. My patience is wearing thin, and I hope this email prompts the necessary intervention to rectify these persistent problems.
