I am writing this is from a stressed out position because of all the customer care executives that I spoke with Air India from Friday (**/**/****) till Today. ( */*/ ****)
My PNR is JKGHK.
Travel date - Feb *
Travel from Chennai to Melbourne
I am trying to reschedule my air ticket for **th March for last *-*days..There are transferring me to different departments and I am not getting the end result and I haven't rescheduled it till now. They are asking for **k fare difference.
When I spoke to them on Friday there was Zero Fare difference charge and when I spoke on Monday morning there was zero fare difference and when I spoke to them on Monday evening, there was **** fare difference and above this there is a rescheduling fee of **** rs. A representative from ticketing department has promised me that he will mail the payment link and he did not and he did not bother to call back. I haven't received any call from him and any solution or any mail from him or Air India. I have been made to wait for more than * hrs on every call. I am really frustrated. Finally when I spoke to them on Tuesday fare difference was around **k and they said they will hold the ticket and I have to pay **k. I really don't have that money. CHECK ALL THE CALL RECORDINGS.
When there is no mistake from my end, why should I pay **k. I am really frustrated and I don't want to travel in India and I don't want to talk to anyone from Air India. CANCEL MY TICKET WITH ZERO CANCELLATION FEE. END.
I know you guys are recording all the calls for quality purposes pls understand from a customer point of view , why should I pay **k fare difference if there is no mistake from my end.
I am writing this with all frustration and I have decided not to travel in Air India after all this have happened and I want my ticket to be cancelled with Nil cancellation charges ( Zero cancellation charges ). I can't lose **k or **k for anyone else's mistake. I don't have that much money. I am made to wait for more than * or * hrs daily. I am stressed out because of this. I am done with being patient.
If nothing goes my way, I am file a complaint and make everyone is Air India pay for it.
I am very much frustrated and I want you guys to help me out and I don't want any one to be sorry for the inconveniences that is caused. If you really feel sorry, just help me out. I don't want to travel in India henceforth and if there is no proper solution that is going to be provided and I can take this to anywhere possible.
To all the social media handles and everywhere that this is how air india treats their customers. I also have all the call recordings and every representative who spoke to me will face severe consequences if there is any amount that is going to be charged for my cancellation.
