I have booked a ticket on ** August from red bus. Then when I entered in the bus the water was leakeage from the upper side of bus and spread all over the seat ...water has been leaking from every side ...my seat become totally wet...I can not able to seat or sleep whole night...also i have infected with cold because of whole night sitting on wet seat...driver did not help me anything ...i have made complaint about it many time on red bus but they don't do anything even if they ended the chat in between and do misbehave with me ...I have faced issue since my last four journeys but every time I have ignored...but not this time ...this time it is major issue and they did not help me anything.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
