On **nd July ****, I ordered food through your platform (Order ID: ***************). After receiving the order, I opened it and began eating. To my shock, I found what appeared to be rat or lizard droppings in the fried rice.
I immediately uploaded a video of the issue on the Swiggy app, but no action was taken. I then contacted Swiggy customer care, who connected me to the restaurant’s representative (possibly the owner or manager), but they outright denied the issue, stating it couldn't be their fault.
Following this, I called customer support again, and I was instructed to send an email to support@swiggy.in. Despite sending multiple emails along with photo and video evidence, I have not received any response.
This is a serious matter involving food safety and hygiene. I request immediate attention to this issue and expect a responsible resolution
