I have recently purchased a TATA AIA Life Insurance Sampoorna Raksha Supreme premium using policy bazaar. I have made a payment of **,*** rupees. Unfortunately, I haven't received my tax id from the German government yet. I am still an Indian resident but I live in Germany. When I was moved on the proposal form. I was asked to fill up all these details. Since I cannot do it now because of no tax id. I asked for cancellation of policy. Since then I am trying to follow up with policy bazaar to get the refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
