Order id:********* i have purchased a watch of around **k last month. After the delivery of the item, the amount was refunded to the card without any request from my side/any communication from their end. There after I have raised complaints for recovering the same for which there was no response. It's been a month and the delivery guy has raised a complaint against me in the police station claiming his salary was deducted and I'm responsible for that. Police are also demanding to pay the amount to the delivery guy without a logic. Everday im talking with Tatacliq customer care and everytime they raise a ticket and nobody cares about the resolution/the previous ticket. I'm daily visiting the police station asking the PSI for granting me time mentioning my "no involvement " in this case. I'm sooooo embarrassed and shattered knowing not what to do coz no resolution from company till date.
