Axis Bank - please refund consolidated charges in 25922 of 2000 rs and 18gst

yesterday deducted money from my account..****+**%GST...I call bank customer care number ..executive says thak i repay my loan before the EMI date ..this reason deducted money amount of ****rs consolidated charges..my EMI ****..but consolidated charges ****
