I have ordered * burgers from kfc at **:**pm on **/**/**** from zomoto.The estimated delivery time was ** min. The order was picked by the delivery guy in ** minutes and now the best part. he got another order(which could be avoided) which was near to him he delayed himself in such a manner that he could deliver the order which was was near to him and also took my picked up food from the restaurant ..I was hungry all the time waiting for the food ...I was waiting whole * hours for the order in the middle of the night...So unprofessional attitude from the staff of zomoto.They don't care about the human emotions at all.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
