I have book a order of meals amount was *** rs and time was **:** pm . I have given him ***rs cash he said he don't have change he said me sir I will transfer tomorrow mrng but till now he is not responding I have called almost ***times and whats app message also but not responding im planning to keep an fir on behalf of him
