Hathway broadband - Playbox Not Delivered

I was promised Hathway Playbox Subscription by Hathway Broadband Sales Representative when I initially planned to buy Broadband Connection for my home but once I paid money and they installed it, I was not given the Playbox and was told that my plan was not eligible for Playbox Subscription. If the plan wasn't eligible for Playbox Subscription, why was it promised in the first place. The sales representative is not available now and I am cheated of the same. There has been a lot of mental agony because of this and because of this everyone's time is wasted.
