As per the platinum service terms and condition I am not being provided free service from eureka Forbes. Everytime I raise a complaint they are not fulfilling this and their technician never visit. This year I was entitled to * services and only * have been provided.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
