I purchased aqua guard GLORY RO+UV+MTDS from flipkart on date**-**-****. invoice shows one year warranty but within one year product stopped working.
I raised service requests but did not receive any support from the company. No engineer has visited my home for service.
After trying multiple times, I purchased AMC from the company assuming that after AMC I will get sevice but it also did not work.
Everytime I contact company, the support tells that an engineer will visit but nothing happens. I want compensation for mental agony and inconvenience caused by them.
