EUREKA FORBES AQUAGUARD - New Amc purchased from Eureka forbes

I purchased AMC from Eureka forbes online on dated **/**/** by paying ****/- against invoice no.I***********. Company assured that they will send the technician on **/**/** on between * to ** AM. As I called the appointed technician Mr Kiran he told he will not come as it is Sunday. Then I again called customer care and raised the complaint and they told that they will send the technician very soon. Then on Monday I again called the appointed technician Mr kiran and he told that he sending some other technician Mr. Hitesh and shared his mobile no. . He came after several call at *PM and told he has come only to see the my machine and my filter will come after one week. So this is only the harassment as company has taken the AMC payment on advance but there is no service. So I request to get refund my full payment of rupees ****/- earliest possible and take the strict action.
