I purchased the shaadi.com premium membership. But within half an hour I asked for a refund due to the family issue but they are not ready to do. Customer service very bad without acknowledging they disconnected my call.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
