As per the new T.R.A.I. guidelines have requested Dish TV to implement a new plan on my connection which was about Rs. ***.
Ignoring my request they have implemented a plan of Rs.*** without my consent.
Since **/** they have kept all their customer care number busy such that no one can get connected. They have programmed their site such that otp mentioned every time comes wrong.
My VC no. is *********** - the parent connection where they have implemented the Rs. *** plan.
As far as my child connection goes - VC *********** - they have blocked all the channels for this connection. And as mentioned - their site does not allow anyone to log in and select the plan.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
