I requested for changing the plan from *** to *** basic plan as per trai rules. After raising many complaints they are not responding. Each and every time different guy picks the call and they told that the issue is escalated to a higher level, within ** hrs your issue will be resolved like that they are telling since * months. I don’t know the dish tv peoples are working or not. I am getting irritation on dish tv. Please don’t recommend to your friends or colleagues.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
