I have switched to airtel by porting my sim from Vi to Airtel, for that I have visited the Airtel store and they asked me for *** rupees which include a plan of *** rupees and they charged me ** rupees extra for porting. I have paid that amount and they said that my sim will be activated *-* days later and also the plan will be activated. I have also enquired about the price of sim port on local communication stores and got to know that the porting service is free of cost from Airtel. After the sim activation, my plan is not activated yet. I am not able to make calls and the airtel app shows there is no plan activated on my number. I am facing a lot of trouble as I am a working professional and due to work from home I faced many problems all because of the Airtel store. Please help me to get my money back at least.
